Chocolate Mousse

Try this alluring Chocolate Mousse recipe. An easily prepared recipe, this Chocolate Mousse is a dish which you will always love to serve to your friends.
Ingredients
  Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolks 3
  Cornstarch 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Semi-sweet baking chocolate 1 1⁄2 Pound (Hershey's)
  Heavy cream 1 1⁄2 Pint, whipped
Directions

Melt chocolate in double boiler over hot water.
Mix sugar in saucepan with most of milk; place over low flame and bring, to boil.
Separately beat egg yolks with the balance of the milk, gradually adding the cornstarch.
Combine this mixture with the boiling milk and sugar.
Continue to cook over low flame, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches the consistency of custard.
Add melted chocolate.
Remove from heat and let cool.
