|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tomato juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Mix gelatin with cold water in bowl; let stand 1 minute.
Bring tomato juice to a boil; add to gelatin liquid, stirring until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Stir in lemon juice.
Pour into 5-cup mold; chill until firm
