Cancer-Fighting Chocolate Mousse

Robyn, aka GreenSmoothieGirl, making Budwig Choc Mousse.
Ingredients
  Flax oil 3 Tablespoon
  Quark/Cottage cheese 6 Tablespoon
  Stevia 12 Drop (toffee flavor)
  Raw cacao 1 Tablespoon, grounded
  Water 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a jar take flax oil and quark. Blend together with immersion blender until smooth.
2. Add in the stevia, raw cacao and water. Blend again all the ingredients.

SERVING
3. Serve Chocolate Mousse for dessert.
