Raw Chocolate Cacao Mousse With Avocado

Chef Teton's Scrumptious chocolate mousse - a healthy dessert recipe made with avocados, agave and a little coconut oil.
Ingredients
  Avocados 2 Medium
  Maple syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raw sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Soya sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coconut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Raw cacao 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Blend the avocados, maple syrup, raw sugar, vanilla extract, balsamic vinegar, soya sauce, coconut oil and finally the raw cacao, in a blender for 1 minute.

SERVING
2. Serve the raw chocolate cacao mousse on top of fresh fruits like strawberry or peaches.
