Blender Chocolate Mousse
|Chocolate chips||6 Ounce|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs), heated to boiling|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Put chips, sugar, egg, salt, and vanilla in blender container. Pour in boiling milk and blend for 1 minute. Pour into small, individual souffle cups. Chill. Serve with a small dollop of whipped cream. This is a very rich, elegant dessert, and a small serving will suffice.
