Creme De Menthe Mousse

Ingredients
  Vanilla ice cream 1⁄2 Gallon
  Green maraschino cherries 12 Ounce
  Creme de menthe 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Coconut macaroons 20
  Chopped toasted pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Soften ice cream slightly; drain and chop cherries.
Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Pack into covered container; store in freezer until ready to use.
Mousse will keep indefinitely.
