Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flaked salmon 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Chopped celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Pickle relish 2 Tablespoon
  Mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

"Soften gelatin in 1 /2 cup cold water and vinegar; dissolve over boiling water.
Cool.
Stir in salmon, celery, sugar, relish, mustard and salt; fold in whipped cream.
Pour into fish-shaped mold; chill until set.
