Coffee Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 2
  Semi sweet chocolate pieces 12 Ounce (1 Pack)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs), scalded
  Instant coffee crystals 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Brandy 3 Ounce
  Egg whites 4
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whipped cream 2 Tablespoon (For Serving)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a blender, mix together the egg yolks, chocolate, scalded milk, coffee and brandy
2) Blend on high speed till the chocolate pieces also get incorporated
3) Into a separate bowl, beat the egg whites till soft peaks are formed
4) Add in sugar little by little beating after each addition
5) Fold in the chocolate mixture
6) Take care not overwork the mixture
7) Refrigerate for 2 hours

SERVING
8) Serve with a dollop of whipped cream topped with a glazed cherry and mint leaf
