Chocolate Mousse Pie

Ingredients
  9 inch baked pastry shell/Crumb shell 1
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Cocoa 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Ounce (1 Sachet)
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a saucepan, mix together the sugar, cocoa, and salt over a low flame
2) Add in the milk and bring to a boiling point
3) Take off from the stove
4) Into another bowl, dissolve the gelatin in cold water
5) Tip the gelatin mixture into the milk mixture
6) Place the milk mixture into the refrigerator to chill and starts to thicken
7) Add in the vanilla and fold in the whipped cream
8) Pour the mixture into the pie base
9) Place in the refrigerator to set for at least 4 hours

SERVING
10) Cut into wedges and serve chilled
