Sugar - 1/2 cup, divided
Salt - 1/8 teaspoon
Eggs - 3, separated
Milk - 1 cup
Boysenberry Yogurt - 2 cups
Heavy cream - 1 cup, whipped till peaks form
1. In a saucepan, add gelatin, ¼ cup sugar, salt, slightly heat and stir to dissolve gelatin and sugar completely.
2. In a bowl, mix egg yolks,milk and stir into gelatin mix, continuously stirring over low heat cook for about 6 minutes. remove from heat and allow to cool.
3. Add yogurt and chill
4. In a bowl, stiffly beat egg whites with remaining sugar, until peaks form. Blend the whipped heavy cream with yogurt mix in to the beaten egg whites.
5. Into parfait glasses, spoon the mixture and chill for 3 hours until well set.
6. Serve chilled.
