Appetizer Cheese Mousse
Cold water - 1/4 cup
Dairy sour cream - 2 cups
Curd cream-style cottage cheese - 1 carton ( 8-ounce or 1 cup) small
Crumbled blue cheese - 1/4 cup
Italian salad dressing mix - 2 teaspoons
1.Take a small saucepan and combine gelatin with cold water in it.
2.Heat the mixture on low flame and keep stirring until gelatin is fully dissolved.
3.Add gelatin mixture to sour cream and stir in cottage cheese, blue cheese and salad dressing mix.
4.Use an electric beater and blend the mixture thoroughly.
5.Take a 3 1/2 cup ring mold or small loaf pan and pour the mixture in it.
6.Refrigerate until set.
