Smooth Almond Mousse

Ingredients
  Part skim ricotta cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Skim milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Almond extract 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a food processor, add all the ingredients together and process until thoroughly blended.
2) Spoon the mixture equally in 4 dessert dishes and refrigerate for several hours.

SERVING
3) Serve the Smooth Almond Mousse chilled.
