Tofu Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
  Semi-sweet chocolate morsels 5 Ounce
  Semisweet chocolate morsels 5 Ounce
  Espresso coffee 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Strong coffee 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Such As Espresso Or French Roast)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Silken tofu 2 Pound
  Cocoa powder 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a double boiler melt the chocolate, add the coffee and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
2. In a blender or food processor puree along with the remaining ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
3. Into individual desert cups or champagne glasses spoon the mousse, cover the cups or glasses tightly and chill the mousse overnight.

SERVING
4. Serve chilled.
