Tofu Chocolate Mousse
|Semi-sweet chocolate morsels||5 Ounce|
|Semisweet chocolate morsels||5 Ounce|
|Espresso coffee||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Strong coffee||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Such As Espresso Or French Roast)|
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Silken tofu||2 Pound|
|Cocoa powder||3 Tablespoon|
1. In a double boiler melt the chocolate, add the coffee and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
2. In a blender or food processor puree along with the remaining ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
3. Into individual desert cups or champagne glasses spoon the mousse, cover the cups or glasses tightly and chill the mousse overnight.
4. Serve chilled.
