Gourmet Cheese Mousse
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Roquefort cheese||3 Ounce|
|Camembert cheese||28 Ounce|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) Take 1/4 cup cold water and soften gelatin in it. Add hot water and mix until completely dissolved.
2) Mix both the cheese.
3) Beat in gelatin, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce. Mix nicely.
4) Pour mixture in a cold. Chill until firm.
5) Unmold and garnish with parsley.
6) Serve with crackers.
