Fruit Cream Mousse

Ingredients
  Apple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grape juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fine granulated sugar 10 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Turn refrigerator control to coldest setting.
Mix fruit juices and 1/2 cup sugar.
Pour into refrigerator tray and freeze until firm.
Whip cream and fold in 2 tablespoons sugar, the vanilla, and half of nuts.
Spread over frozen fruit juices in tray.
Freeze until firm.
Serve garnished with remaining nuts.
