Chocolate Almond Mousse

This chocolate almond mousse is an utterly delicious sweet dish pampered with heavy cream and toasted almonds. A prefect way to treat your sweet tongue!
Ingredients
  Sweet cooking chocolate 4 Ounce
  Sweetened condensed milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Heavy cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Slivered toasted blanched almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Place chocolate and water in a saucepan.
Stir constantly over a very low heat until thoroughly blended and smooth.
Cool.
Combine cooled chocolate, condensed milk, cream and vanilla in the large bowl of electric mixer.
Chill.
Whip until soft peaks form.
Fold in almonds.
Spoon into refrigerator tray and freeze until firm.
Serve with more toasted almonds, if you wish
