Chocolate Almond Mousse
|Sweet cooking chocolate||4 Ounce|
|Sweetened condensed milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Slivered toasted blanched almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place chocolate and water in a saucepan.
Stir constantly over a very low heat until thoroughly blended and smooth.
Combine cooled chocolate, condensed milk, cream and vanilla in the large bowl of electric mixer.
Whip until soft peaks form.
Fold in almonds.
Spoon into refrigerator tray and freeze until firm.
Serve with more toasted almonds, if you wish
