  Bananas 2 Medium
  Dried apricots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Plain low-fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
Spoon into 4 dessert dishes.
Chill well before serving.
