|Semi-sweet chocolate/3/4 cup chocolate pieces||4 Ounce|
|Sweet butter||1⁄4 Pound (1/2 Cup)|
Melt chocolate over hot water.
Cut butter in 1/2-inch chunks.
Fit metal blade in food processor and turn motor on.
Drop butter, a few pieces at a time, through feed tube and process until smooth.
Add sugar and process until creamy (about 1 minute).
Add melted chocolate and process for 15 seconds.
Scrape sides of bowl with spatula and process for 15 more seconds.
Add eggs, 1 at a time, and process for 15 seconds after each addition.
Spoon into small individual serving dishes, cover, and chill.
