|Dark chocolate||8 Ounce (250 Gram / 8 Squares)|
|Butter||1 Ounce (25 Gram / 1/4 Stick)|
|Vanilla essence||1 Teaspoon|
|Orange||1 (Use Grated Rind And Juice)|
|Egg yolks||4 , beaten|
|Egg whites||4 , beaten until stiff|
|Double cream||1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter / 1/2 Cup)|
|Chopped almonds||2 Ounce (50 Gram / 1/2 Cup)|
Gently melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan.
When thoroughly melted, remove from heat and blend in vanilla, orange rind and juice.
Beat in egg yolks, one at a time.
Gently fold in egg whites.
Pour into a glass bowl, or 6 individual glasses, and chill for about 4 hr.
Serve decorated with whipped cream and chopped almonds.
