|Mangoes||2 , peeled and stoned|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Evaporated skim milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
1. Blend or process mangoes until smooth. Combine sugar and mango puree in a bowl.
2.Sprinkle gelatin over water, dissolve over hot water, add to mango mixture.
3.Beat milk in a small bowl until frothy, fold into mango mixture.
4.Pour into serving glasses, refrigerate until set.
