Quick and Easy Chocolate Mousse
|Semi sweet chocolate chips||12 Ounce (2 Cups)|
|Vanilla||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Whipping cream||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), heated to boiling point|
Combine chocolate, vanilla and salt in blender, or food processor fitted with steel knife, and mix 30 seconds.
Add boiling cream and continue mixing until chocolate is completely melted, about 30 seconds.
Add yolks and mix about 5 seconds.
Transfer to bowl and allow to cool.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold into chocolate mixture.
Place in serving bowl or wine glasses, cover with plastic wrap and chill.
