Rainbow Room Chocolate Mousse For A Party
|Sweet chocolate||8 Ounce|
|Bitter chocolate||8 Ounce|
|Sugar||14 Tablespoon (3/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)|
|Egg whites||5 , beaten until stiff|
|Heavy cream||4 Cup (64 tbs), whipped|
In the top of a double boiler, over simmering water, melt the chocolates.
Beat the sugar into the egg whites.
Combine the egg white and chocolate mixtures and fold in the whipped cream.
Turn into a large mold and chill several hours, or until firm.
Turn out on a chilled platter and decorate with sweetened whipped cream.
