Rainbow Room Chocolate Mousse For A Party

Ingredients
  Sweet chocolate 8 Ounce
  Bitter chocolate 8 Ounce
  Sugar 14 Tablespoon (3/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)
  Egg whites 5 , beaten until stiff
  Heavy cream 4 Cup (64 tbs), whipped
Directions

1.
In the top of a double boiler, over simmering water, melt the chocolates.
2.
Beat the sugar into the egg whites.
3.
Combine the egg white and chocolate mixtures and fold in the whipped cream.
Turn into a large mold and chill several hours, or until firm.
4.
Turn out on a chilled platter and decorate with sweetened whipped cream.
