Tuna Mousse

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (1 1/2 Envelope)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tuna 14 Ounce, coarsely flaked (Two 7 Ounce Cans)
  Chopped pared cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Thinly sliced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced stuffed green olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion juice 2 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water in saucepan.
Add lemon juice.
Heat and stir over medium heat till gelatin is dissolved.
Stir into mayonnaise.
Add tuna and remaining ingredients except cream.
Mix well; fold in whipped cream.
Pour into an 8 1/2 X 4 1/2 X 2 1/2 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Chill till firm.
Unmold.
