Black Forest Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
  Semisweet chocolate bar 8 Ounce (2 Bars, 4 Ounce Each)
  Warm water 2 Tablespoon
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Kirsch 3 Tablespoon (Cherry Liqueur)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whole maraschino cherries 6
Directions

In double boiler, melt chocolate with water over 1-inch simmering water, stirring until smooth.
Whip cream with sugar and salt.
Gradually add melted chocolate and Kirsch, beating at low speed until smooth.
Fold in sour cream.
Spoon into serving dishes.
Drop one cherry on side of each dessert dish.
Chill.
