Fresh Raspberry Mousse
|Jelly powder||3 Ounce (1 Package, Raspberry Flavored)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh raspberries||1 Pint|
|Dessert topping mix||2 Cup (32 tbs) (1 Envelope)|
|Whipped cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Pour boiling water into the blender and pour in jelly powder.
Cover and blend on high speed for 3 or 4 seconds.
Add lemon juice and raspberries and blend until crushed.
Chill until mixture mounds with a spoon.
Fold into dessert-topping mix prepared according to package directions.
Spoon into glass compote or into paper souffle cups lined with lady fingers sprinkled with orange liqueur.
