Gourmet Cheese Mousse

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Mater 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use Cold Mater)
  Roquefort cheese 3 Ounce (1 Package, 3 Ounce)
  Roquefort  
  Camembert cheese 28 Ounce (7 Packages, 4 Ounce Each)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water; dissolve over hot water.
Crumble Roquefort cheese; blend with Camembert cheese.
Beat in gelatin, Worcestershire sauce and sour cream; spoon into mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold.
Garnish with parsley.
