Chocolate Mousse Crepes

Ingredients
  Crepes 12
  Semi-sweet chocolate 1⁄2 Pound (250 Gram)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla essence 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Eggs 5 , separated
  Whipped cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Make the crepes using the Sweet Crepe Batter or Chocolate Crepe Batter.
Set aside.
Grate the chocolate (or grind in an electric blender).
Mix the chocolate with the sugar, vanilla essence and boiling water.
Beat until smooth.
Add the egg yolks one at a time beating well after each addition.
Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Fold gently into the chocolate mixture.
Refrigerate for two hours.
Fill each crepe with the chocolate mousse mixture.
