Spinach Mousse

Ingredients
  Lemon jello 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cold water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dream whip 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper grains To Taste
  Finely chopped onions 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped raw spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water and vinegar.
Chill to egg-white consistency.
Blend in bowl the mayonnaise, sour cream, whipped cream, seasoning, onion and spinach.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
When gelatin is partially jelled, add remaining ingredients.
Stir well.
Mold and chill.
Eat with enjoyment
