Luscious Chocolate Mousse Pie

Ingredients
  Chocolate crumb crust 6 Ounce, prepared (8 Inches)
  Semi-sweet chocolate morsels 15 Ounce, divided (2 1/4 Cups)
  Heavy whipping cream 2 Cup (32 tbs), divided
  Powdered sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Chocolate drizzle 6 Teaspoon
Directions

MICROWAVE 2 cups morsels and 3/4 cup cream in large, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute; stir.
Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth; cool to room temperature.
BEAT remaining cream, powdered sugar and vanilla in chilled small mixer bowl until soft peaks form.
Fold 2 cups whipped cream into chocolate mixture.
Spoon into crust; swirl top.
Garnish with remaining whipped cream; chill until firm.
Garnish with Chocolate Drizzle; let stand a few minutes before serving.
Makes 8 servings.
FOR CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE: MICROWAVE remaining 1/4 cup morsels in heavy-duty plastic bag on HIGH (100%) power about 30 seconds; knead until smooth.
Cut tiny corner from bag; squeeze to drizzle chocolate over pie.
