Easy Chocolate Mousse
|Miniature marshmallows||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Unsalted butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cut into slices (1/2 Stick)|
|Semisweet chocolate chips||9 Ounce (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Hot water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Place the marshmallows, butter, chocolate chips and water in a saucepan.
Cook over medium-low heat until all ingredients are melted.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Whip cream until thick.
Pour the cooled chocolate mixture into the whipped cream and fold together until smooth.
Place mousse into 4 small bowls and chill until firm, about 1 hour.
