|Water||75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
|Ripe bananas||4 , peeled and sliced|
|Egg whites||3 , beaten stiff|
|Heavy cream||250 Milliliter, whipped (1 Cup)|
Cook sugar and water together in saucepan 1 minute over medium heat.
Add bananas and cinnamon; cook 3 minutes over medium-high heat.
Transfer bananas to food processor and blend until pureed.
Transfer pureed bananas to mixing bowl.
Fold in stiff egg whites until well incorporated.
Have whipped cream ready in large bowl.
Fold banana mixture into cream using spatula until well incorporated.
