Low Cal Orange Mousse

Ingredients
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thawed
  Plain low fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nondairy whipped topping mix 1 1⁄3 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Cold milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Place the water in a small saucepan over low heat, sprinkle with the gelatin, and bring to a simmer, stirring.
Continue stirring until the gelatin dissolves about 1 minute.
Stir in the sugar, orange juice con-centrate, and yogurt, then place the pan in a large bowl of ice water.
Stir until the mixture begins to mound about 15 minutes.
Whip the topping and milk to soft peaks.
Fold into the yogurt mixture.
Spoon into a medium-size bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and chill 3 hours or until softly set.
