Marvelous Frozen Mango Mousse

Ingredients
  Ripe mango 1 Large, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
  Skim milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Lime 1 , juiced
Directions

Arrange mango pieces on baking sheet without sides touching.
Pour 1 1/4 cups milk into shallow pan.
Freeze mango and milk until solid.
Just before serving, break frozen milk into chunks.
Spoon into processor.
Add remaining 1/4 cup milk with sugar, lime juice and mango and mix well, stopping machine as necessary to scrape down sides of bowl, until mixture resembles smooth sherbet. (Can also be whirled in blender in batches.) Spoon into goblets or bowls.
