Strawberry Mousse

  Unflavored gelatin 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (1 1/2 Envelopes)
  Frozen strawberries 3 Cup (48 tbs), thawed, drained
  Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Strawberry sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (As Needed)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Orange peel 2 Teaspoon

In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup (60 mL) strawberry syrup.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Dip bottom of bowl in hot water until gelatin dissolves completely.
Fold in strawberries yogurt and orange peel.
Set aside.
In a second bowl, whip cream and sugar.
Add to strawberries as soon as gelatin starts to set.
Pour into dessert cups.
Strawberry sauce Add enough water to remaining strawberry syrup to make 1 cup (250 mL) liquid.
Pour into saucepan.
Warm over low heat.
Add corn starch diluted in a little water.
Mix until sauce thickens.
Let cool until lukewarm.
Divide among dessert cups.
