|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Package)|
|Chopped chives||1 Tablespoon|
|Cucumbers||2 , sliced|
|Heavy cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||7 Ounce|
1. Whip the heavy cream till stiff. Stir in the cream cheese until smooth and add half the cream to it.
2. Place the gelatin in 2 tablespoons water and dissolve over low heat. Stir the gelatin in the cream and cream cheese mixture and add the rest of the whipped cream. Add seasonings.
3. Pour the cheese cream into a water-rinsed ring mold. Place in refrigerator to set.
