Chocolate Orange Mousse
|Light brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Semi-sweet chocolate square||3 Ounce, melted and cooled (3 X 1 Ounce Squares)|
|Orange juice||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipped cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Additional)|
|Grated orange rind||1|
Combine first 4 ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until foamy.
Add chocolate, orange juice, and whipping cream; blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into two individual dessert cups; chill 1 hour or until set.
Garnish with whipped cream and grated orange rind.
