Chocolate Orange Mousse

Chocolate Orange Mousse has a unique taste. Chocolate Orange Mousse gets its taste from chocolate mixed with orange flavored liqueur and cream. Chocolate Orange Mousse is inspired by many restaurants across the world.
  Sweet baking chocolate 4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Semi-sweet chocolate square 4 Ounce
  Grand marnier/Other orange flavored liqueur 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whipping cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sifted powdered sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Combine 8 ounces of chocolate and Grand Marnier in a heavy saucepan;cook over low heat until chocolate melts, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, and cool to lukewarm.
Beat whipping cream until foamy; gradually add powdered sugar, beating until soft peaks form.
Gently fold about one fourth of whipped cream into chocolate; fold in remaining whipped cream.
Spoon into individual serving dishes.
Chill until ready to serve.
Garnish, if desired
