Chocolate Orange Mousse
|Sweet baking chocolate||4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Semi-sweet chocolate square||4 Ounce|
|Grand marnier/Other orange flavored liqueur||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sifted powdered sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine 8 ounces of chocolate and Grand Marnier in a heavy saucepan;cook over low heat until chocolate melts, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, and cool to lukewarm.
Beat whipping cream until foamy; gradually add powdered sugar, beating until soft peaks form.
Gently fold about one fourth of whipped cream into chocolate; fold in remaining whipped cream.
Spoon into individual serving dishes.
Chill until ready to serve.
Garnish, if desired
