Blender Chocolate Mousse
|Hot coffee||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Semi-sweet chocolate morsels||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Eggs||4 , separated|
|Creme de cacao||2 Tablespoon|
|Whipped cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Toasted sliced almonds||4 Tablespoon|
Combine coffee and chocolate morsels in container of an electric blender; process until smooth.
Add egg yolks and creme de cacao; process 1 minute.
Beat egg whites (at room temperature) at high speed of an electric mixer until stiff peaks form; fold in chocolate mixture.
Spoon into stemmed glasses or individual serving dishes; chill until set.
Garnish with whipped cream and almonds
