Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Marsala wine/1/3 cup liquor 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Unflavored gelatin 3 Tablespoon
  Hot water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Strawberries 1 Tablespoon
  Whipped cream 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Wash and hull 8 cups strawberries.
In a blender or food processor fitted with a metal blade, puree strawberries and sugar.
Place strawberry mixture in a large bowl and stir in Marsala or liquor, and lemon juice.
Stir gelatin into hot water until dissolved.
Stir into strawberry mixture.
Whip 1-1/2 cups cream to medium-thick; fold into strawberry mixture.
Pour mousse into a large glass bowl or spoon into individual glasses.
Refrigerate overnight.
Before serving, decorate with additional strawberries and whipped cream.
