1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
Chopped blanched almonds
Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
Dissolve in a basin over hot water.
Add the yolks of the eggs and 2 tablespoons cream or milk.
Whisk or beat over hot water, until thick and creamy.
Cool, then add chopped almonds and whisked egg whites.
Put into glasses and serve with fingers of sponge.
