Chocolate And Orange Mousse
|Plain chocolate||2 Ounce (50 Gram)|
|Butter||2 Ounce (1 Knob, 50 Grams)|
|Orange||1 , juiced, rind grated|
|Egg||1 , separated|
|Double cream||4 Tablespoon, whipped|
|Chocolate curls||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Melt the chocolate in a basin over a pan of hot water.
Remove from the heat and add the butter, orange rind and juice, and the egg yolk.
Beat until smooth.
Leave to cool.
Fold in the whipped cream.
Whisk the egg white until just firm and fold into the chocolate mixture.
Pour into individual serving dishes.
Chill in the refrigerator until set.
