Chocolate And Orange Mousse

Ingredients
  Plain chocolate 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Butter 2 Ounce (1 Knob, 50 Grams)
  Orange 1 , juiced, rind grated
  Egg 1 , separated
  Double cream 4 Tablespoon, whipped
  Chocolate curls 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Melt the chocolate in a basin over a pan of hot water.
Remove from the heat and add the butter, orange rind and juice, and the egg yolk.
Beat until smooth.
Leave to cool.
Fold in the whipped cream.
Whisk the egg white until just firm and fold into the chocolate mixture.
Pour into individual serving dishes.
Chill in the refrigerator until set.
