Peach Mousse With Cointreau Or Curacao
|Frozen sliced peaches||20 Ounce, sliced (1 Package)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla ice cream||1 Quart|
|Liqueur||4 Tablespoon (Cointreu Or Curacao)|
|Grenadine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1 Thaw the frozen peaches well.
2 In a blender jar, put the thawed peaches.
3 Blend to puree.
4 Add in the remaining ingredients and blend to combine well.
5 Place in the refrigerator and chill.
6 Serve chilled in individual dessert bowls.
