|Cold water||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Lime jelly powder||3 Ounce (85 Grams)|
|Hot water||500 Milliliter (2 Cups)|
|Mashed ripe avocado||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Mayonnaise||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cups)|
|Whipping cream||125 Milliliter, whipped (1/2 Cups)|
|Lime juice||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Plums, Orange Sections, Grapes)|
Soften gelatine in cold water for five minutes.
Dissolve gelatine mixture and jelly powder in hot water and chill until it begins to set.
Stir in remaining ingredients except fruit and pour into a rinsed mold.
Refrigerate until firm.
Unmold and decorate with a garland of prepared fruits.
