|Instant pudding and pie filling||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Jello)|
|Non dairy whipped topping||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cool Whip)|
Pour cold milk into bowl.
Add pudding mix.
With electric mixer at low speed, beat until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
Fold in whipped topping and spoon into dessert glasses.
Garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.
Coffee Mousse: Prepare Pudding Mousse as directed, using vanilla or chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling and adding 2 teaspoons MAXWELL HOUSEÂ® or YUBANÂ® Instant Coffee with the pudding mix.
