Chocolate Mousse

Welcome to another video from The Fat Vegan chef. Today I will be making a simple seven ingredient vegan gluten free recipe that uses avocados! It is a tasty sweet chocolate mousse.
Ingredients
  Avocado 4
  Melted chocolate 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cocoa powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dark agave nectar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned coconut milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY

  1. Skin off the avocados and set aside.

MAKING

  1. In a blender, blend the avocados and coconut milk.
  2. Pour agave syrup, vanilla extract and salt. Blend it well.
  3. Add cocoa powder and blend once again.
  4. Pour melted chocolate and blend.
  5. Pour in a bowl and refrigerate.

SERVING

  1. Serve when it is chilled.
