Moose Roast

Ingredients
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Moose roast 6 Pound
  Mustard To Taste
Directions

Trim all fat from roast.
Place roast on aluminum foil; spread with mustard.
Sprinkle with flour, salt, pep- per and garlic salt.
Dot with margarine.
Seal foil tightly.
Place in roasting pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 3 hours or until tender.

great recipe.my moose roast,tasted great with this easy and quick recipe. ps:i would like to cook more moose meat with your great tasting recipe's..i have lots of moose to cook ,their for, i would like to have more recipe's like this one..if you woundn't sending me more recipes i would greatly appreciated thank you sylvain!!!
