Grilled Moose Chef K

Ingredients
  Brown sugar 250 Milliliter
  Chili sauce 125 Milliliter
  Safflower oil 125 Milliliter
  Vinegar 60 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 60 Milliliter
  Dijon mustard 5 Milliliter
  Onion juice 5 Milliliter
  Tabasco sauce 1 Milliliter
  Worcestershire sauce 5 Milliliter
  Garlic powder 1 Milliliter
  Paprika 1 Milliliter
  Chili powder 1 Milliliter
  Moose steaks 2 Kilogram (1/2 Inch Thick)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place all the ingredients except the moose steak in a blender and mix well.
In a large shallow pan layer the meat and sauce, marinate covered and refrigerated for 24 hours.
Grill on a charbroiler over medium coals for 20 minutes (10 per side) or to desired doneness.
Brush several times with the marinade during grilling, serve at once.
