Pork And Molasses Casserole

Ingredients
  Boneless pork 7 Pound, cut into cubes
  Bacon strips 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 inch/ 2.5 cm pieces (Thick Strips, Bacon Rashers)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon (Plain Flour)
  Onions 3 Large, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Molasses 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Black Treacle)
  Tomato paste 3 Tablespoon (Tomato Puree)
  Canned tomatoes 14 Ounce
  Beef bouillon 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Beef Stock)
Directions

Toss the pork and bacon in seasoned flour.
Put the onions, garlic and oil in a casserole and cook on HIGH for 3-5 minutes until soft.
Add the pork, bacon, black treacle (molasses), tomato paste (puree), tomatoes and their juice and bouillon (stock).
Stir well.
Cover and cook on MEDIUM for 20 minutes.
Leave to stand for 5 minutes.
Taste and adjust the seasoning
