hey summer, how are you? I tried this okra recipe with pomegranate molasses. though the taste was good, but i feel it could be more tasty if we use plain molasses for this recipe...:))

I have never thought of using regular molasses with this recipe because i always have pomegranate molasses but its a good substitute if you do not have the original stuff i guess...creative cooking :)

Okra with olive oil and pomegranate molasses seems to be a really delicious sweet and sour fare ! I've never tried sweet okra dishes, always ate savory okra dishes. But doesn't molasses make this really sticky , when okra itself is sticky? I'd like to use some sugar instead. No offense :)
