Molasses Refrigerator Muffins

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Liter
  Baking soda 10 Milliliter
  Salt 5 Milliliter
  Cinnamon 5 Milliliter
  Ginger 5 Milliliter
  Ground allspice 1 Milliliter
  Ground cloves 1 Milliliter
  Ground nutmeg 1 Milliliter
  Vegetable shortening 330 Milliliter
  Granulated sugar 250 Milliliter
  Eggs 4 , slightly beaten
  Molasses 250 Milliliter
  Butter 250 Milliliter
  Sour milk 250 Milliliter
  Raisins 250 Milliliter
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350 degree.

MAKING
2) Sift flour with baking soda, cinnamon, salt, cloves, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, blend together and keep aside.
3) In a mixing bowl, cream shortening with sugar and beat until fluffy.
4) Blend sour milk, molasses, and butter and stir in the mixture.
5) Stir in all the dry ingredients.
6) Take greased muffin pans, spoon the mixture, and bake for 20 minutes or until muffin turns golden brown.

SERVING
7) Serve hot with jam or butter.
